Young listeners meet six-year-old Andi, who is eager to grow up and experience the Wild West on the Circle C ranch in 1874 California. Riding Coco, the ranch pony, with her friend Riley, getting lost and meeting Indians, and a visit to the state fair are just a few of Andi’s exciting adventures. Her best wish is that she could have a horse of her own like her older brothers and sister. Will her wish come true? Or will she have to keep riding slow-poke Coco, the “great-grandpa” pony, until she’s all grown up?
